10. Photography at Events

When photographing motorsport, sporting or other live events, Brabbzy operates subject to the rules, restrictions and safety requirements of the event organiser, venue and relevant governing bodies.Access to particular areas, including trackside areas, is not guaranteed.Brabbzy cannot guarantee that any particular person, vehicle, team, competitor or moment will be photographed.Weather, safety restrictions, event conditions, access restrictions, equipment failure and circumstances outside our reasonable control may affect the photographs captured.
